At Reeds Prospecting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
